Why should we change our constitution?

There are many reasons, and you probably know them all.  Others have said it more eloquently than I can:

"We have the best democracy money can buy!"

Money in politics is the reason our government no longer represents the people.  Huge money.  Special interest money.

In other words, bribes.

Our congress is beholden to the big-money special interests (in other words, those who pay the bribes).  Our congress does not care about you or I.

We live in a plutocracy, which is a government of the rich.

I will not whine to you about what our founding fathers would have done.  They ended their own version of what we are living with now.

This time, it is up to us.  You and I.  No one else.
